Henderson Park acquires Glasgow Amaris Hospitality hotel management platform
The deal follows Henderson Park’s recent acquisition of a portfolio of 12 high-quality Hilton-branded hotels, managed by Amaris Hospitality, an agreement that was concluded in November.
The Amaris Hospitality name and brand are not part of the agreement and will continue to belong to the LRC group.
At the same time, a new platform dedicated to hotel and wealth management called Klarent Hospitality was launched.
Klarent will be led by the current Amaris management team, led respectively by Peter Stack and John Brennan, the current CEO and Chairman.
The duo, with over 70 years of hospitality industry experience, led the creation of Amaris Hospitality in 2015, which consolidated nearly 100 hotels in the UK and Ireland.
