Exclusive: Salter Brothers Hires Senior Executives to Lead Hotel Arm
Salter Brothers is bolstering its hotel investment, development and asset management teams, with key appointments of experienced industry figures Wesley Milsom, Raphael Antonini and Marie Colangelo.

The global fund manager has hired Wesley Milsom as Senior Director – Transactions, a role that will focus on hotel transactions. Milsom has over 16 years of real estate experience in the hospitality and tourism industry, and extensive experience in valuation, fund management, asset management and strategy implementation of funds.
Raphael Antonini joins the company as Senior Director – Special Projects, which will involve supporting and leading multiple strategy and research assignments for the development of new hotel funds.
Antonini brings over 15 years of international experience in hotel branding, hotel development and investment, hospitality consulting and revenue management, and speaks four languages.
Marie Colangelo has been appointed Project Director (Strategic Projects) at Salter Brothers and will focus on expanding the hotel repositioning portfolio. Throughout her 18-year hotel career, she has gained extensive experience in project management and has held various ownership, operator and project management positions.
Salter Brothers hotel manager Steven Skarott said the new hires put the company in a strong position for future growth.
